Paid Volunteer
Opportunities
AUTH Mentorship is actively developing paid volunteer and workforce exposure opportunities in partnership with corporate institutions and national retail brands.
​
Beginning this spring and summer, select mentees will have access to structured resume-building experiences within professional environments, including corporate settings and retail spaces.
​
These opportunities are designed to provide professional training, workforce etiquette development, customer engagement experience, and real-world operational insight.
​
Participants gain hands on exposure that strengthens communication skills, confidence, and leadership, while building meaningful experience that stands out on college and job applications.
​
Spots are limited and application-based.
Workshops & Skill Building
Through guided conversations and interactive activities, our girls learn how to strengthen their self-worth, find their voice, and build their mindset. All qualities needed to lead in school, their communities and their future careers.

We also bring in guest speakers and professionals who provide real-world knowledge and exposure. From nutritionist and strength coaches who teach the importance of physical wellness, to community leaders who speak about mental health awareness and suicide prevention, our workshops give girls the tools to care for both their mind and body while building strong life skills.
Beyond the classroom, our program focuses on putting values into action. Our girls participate in community service experiences such as feeding the homeless and spreading kindness through small acts of encouragement. This includes sharing kindhearted notes and flowers with members of the community. These moments teach empathy, leadership, and the power of uplifting others.
